The Los Angeles Times Festival of Books, America’s largest book festival, returned to the University of Southern California on April 22-23, 2023. As part of this literary celebration, Black Château hosted authors who signed copies of their books for attendees. There was a festive atmosphere captured in the photos taken in booth 153, in the Gold Zone, during the event.

Information about upcoming bookish events created and produced by Black Château, such as The BookFest, the Beach Bound Book Bash, and a webinar about creating an effective book proposal done in conjunction with the Independent Writers of Southern California was on hand in the booth. Plus, Black Château hosted its annual VIP author dinner. It took place at Strada Restaurant in DTLA.
Dave Duffy, Head of Operations for Black Château, said, “We had a great array of authors and books in booth #153. It was great to see so many folks having a good time under the California sun and sharing in a mutual love for books, writing, and reading.”
