Jei Diaz

Jei Diaz has over 16 years of experience in the Business Process Outsourcing as part of the top management where she acquired her skills driving operations, performance, efficiency, quality, and client relations.

Her previous clients included Sprint, Virgin Mobile, Verizon Wireless and DishNetwork, with a strong background for start-ups, B2B and B2C Sales. 

She also worked for a global events company in Singapore as an Account Manager and was awarded Best Event Revenue of the Year by holding the highest sales revenue ever recorded on her second week.

Jei has loved art, photography, painting, music, writing poems and short stories since she was a kid. Her ultimate dream of becoming an author someday – to tell the world about a story of how once an introvert, shy, highly insecure, nerdy little girl came around and about, conquered every obstacle and became anything she wished to be, led her to find Black Château Enterprises and join the company.

Jei helps new clients with onboarding, managing timelines, and coordinating the details of their projects. She also helps guide the team, coordinates reports, and contributes to social media and public relations initiatives.

She currently holds a pre-law degree for Bachelor of Arts & Sciences, Major in Political Science as a scholar, from the prestigious De La Salle University in the Philippines and is currently working on her schedule to continue her law proper education and take the bar.

During her free time, you can find her doing lots of charity work with her fiancé to fire victims, orphanages, and senior homes. Doing photo ops and playing with her seven-year-old black fur baby dog Min-Guk, drinking Yakult (or Barley) or perfecting her sunny side up fried egg in her kitchen, serving it as her “labor of love” dinner for her fiancé. Jei can cook any dish – as long as it is fried.
