Getting Readers Ready for Summer Reading with the Beach Bound Book Brunch
Black Château hosted an array of authors to brunch with readers during the first-ever Beach Bound Book Brunch. Taking place at the delicious Anchor in Venice, California, May of 2016, the event included a reading with each author, signings, and a panel discussion moderated by Phil Giangrande from the popular show Seated at the Writer’s Table.
All the authors were able to sell their books on site, and attendees walked away with a summer beach bag with lots of beach-ready goodies.
Authors in attendance include: Mike Robinson, author of The Prince of Earth, Skunk Ape Semester and Dream Shores; Almney King author of All Light Will Fall; Lisa Goich author of 14 Days a Memoir; Valerie Alexander author of How Women Can Succeed in the Workplace; Gina Cavalier author of How I Became Santa Claus; and Vanta M. Black author of Oubliette—A Forgotten Little Place.
