The Book Publicists of Southern California award is named after Irwin Zucker, a legend in the book publicity and promotions industry, and founder of the BPSC. His dedication to the mission of the organization and promoting authors makes the annual event possible. Zucker says, “We proudly adapted to our times and held annual the Irwin Awards online to an audience which included our dedicated members and honorees. As with every year, it is a privilege to salute authors and experts. Each was able to virtually accept their award and a good time was had by all.
